How to Install a Printer (Wired and Wireless)

Applies to: USB and Wi-Fi enabled printers

    Wired:

  • Connect via USB.
  • Follow auto-detect prompts or install drivers manually.

    • Wireless:

  • Use printer screen or software to connect to Wi-Fi.
  • Go to:
    • Windows: Settings > Devices > Printers > Add Printer
    • Mac: System Settings > Printers > Add (+)
  • Select printer and complete installation.
