How to Fix "Printer Offline" Errors

  • Check that the printer is turned on and connected to Wi-Fi.
  • Restart your printer and computer.

    • Windows:

  • Go to Settings > Devices > Printers > Right-click your printer > See what’s printing.
  • Click Printer > Use Printer Online.

    • Mac:

  • Open System Settings > Printers & Scanners.
  • Remove and re-add the printer if needed.
